In conjunction with our claims management expertise, our highly skilled legal department ensures legal compliance at every turn and enhances the work of our claims management team. Our legal staff brings years of experience working with the plaintiffs’ bar.
We provide reimbursement counsel regarding the Medicare and Medicaid programs, including Medicare Secondary Payor (MSP) compliance. Our in-house legal team allows us to navigate in real-time regulations and policies promulgated by federal and state agencies, enabling us to assist our clients in maximizing reimbursement payments in compliance with all applicable laws.
Our operations involve management of significant data, much of which is protected health information (PHI). We are careful to secure and preserve privacy rights in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191 ("HIPAA") and its regulations, the HITECH Act and other applicable laws.
